The PATENTED MS-336 Mid Span Slit and Ring Tool is designed to provide easy access to optical fibers in thin walled outer jacketed cables. The MS-336 is an extension of the MS-326 series tool targeting larger cables such as Cornings Minixtend HD 288 and 432 fiber count cables. Mid-span slitter

Features
- Consists of 2 precision slitting grooves and 2 precision ring grooves. Grooves ranging in sizes from 7.9-8.2 & 10.7-11 mm
- One side of tool performs Radial/ring cuts and the other side slits the cable (longitudinal cut)
- Indicator line on top of the unit indicates the position of the blade for accurate slitting and ringing
- This tool is specifically designed for use on Corning Minixtend HD 288F and Minixtend HD 432F cable. Both with FastAccess
- Replacement blades available, part number MS-336RB
- Blades last at least 5,000 slits/cuts
