Reinforcing Straps support the messenger bolt at locations of heavier than normal loading stress, such as long spans and are used with cable suspension clamps. The lower hole fits over the messenger bolt and the top end is fastened to the pole with a lag screw.

  • Used in aerial construction as an added support for three-bolt suspension clamps.
  • Stock size is .125" x 2".
  • The distance between the Suspension Clamp and mounting hole is 5-7/8".
  • Hole diameters are 11/16" and 25/32".
  • Stamped from AISI 1018 steel.
  • Hot dip galvanized to meet ASTM Specification B695.
