The GMP 89004 Portable Powered Duct Rod Pusher, Hydraulically powers the GMP 1/2” Duct Rodder in and out of conduits, pushing and pulling with a force up to 300 lbs. and speed that ranges up to 130'/min(40 meters/min). While accurately measuring the footage and speed with its electronic monitoring system that work in either direction. Its readout can be set in either feet or meters.
When pulling back, the fiberglass rod is placed directly back onto the cassette. Features rod access areas for wiping the rod clean during the pull back operation. Also includes; a package of rod wiper pads (GMP #32290),Duct Clamp on the machine, a specially designed Duct Mounting Clamp Assembly (GMP #32221) provided on the rodder cassette, helps stabilize both pieces of equipment during use. Includes a gasoline hydraulic driven power pack(GMP #32800) and hoses. Pusher is mounted on a lightweight, brightly painted, tubular-steel frame that can be tilted at a 30-degree angle to the manhole to reduce initial bending of the fiberglass rod.
